Work Experience :Data Storage Systems Center, 1996-2001.
Areas of Interest:Signal processing and communications for data storage; wireless transmission technologies.

Research Areas:Multimedia processing and communications, wireless video, network distribution of compressed multimedia content, wireless sensor networks, DSP for communications, genomics signal processing, and inverse problems in signal processing.

GRADUATE STUDENTS

Engin Masazade is a Ph. D. Student at Sabanci University İstanbul,Turkey. He received his B.S. degree from Istanbul Technical University Electronics and Communications Engineering Department in 2003. After that he obtained his M.S. degree from Department of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Sabancı University in 2006. His research interests include, channel estimation and coding wireless communications OFDM systems, cross layer designs for wireless networks

     

Cagatay Karabat is a M.Sc. student at Sabanci University İstanbul,Turkey. He received his B.S. degree from University of Istanbul Electronics Engineering Department in 2005 with first ranking. His research interests include, correlation filters, watermarking and applications of communication theory to image processing.
