FENS The Distribution of Gown and Caps for Commencement Day
THE DISTRIBUTION OF GOWNS AND CAPS FOR COMMENCEMENT DAY: FOR THE ATTENTION OF OUR GRADUATE CANDIDATES
Between June 03rd to 24th, at the places given below, the students who will participate in commencement day can either borrow their caps and gowns by showing an identity card (can be identity card, driving license, passport or marriage license) or purchase their caps and gowns by giving the bank receipt. The distributions will held on between 10:00-12:30 am and 14:00-16:00 pm.
FENS Graduates
From FENS L048 between 03-13 June 2011
From FENS 2019 between 14-24 June 2011
In the distribution procedures, no extra document, ID card and/or money that is not stated above will be accepted.
Our graduates can return their gowns to the Sport Center between 21:30- 23:30 and take back their identity cards after the ceremony at June 25th .
The distribution of gowns will continue until 12:00 am at June 24th and there will be no distribution at the day of commencement, June 25th.
