IMPORTANT !!!! Fall ENS 491 Registrations

 

In order to be successfully registered for an ENS 491 project, you MUST follow the following steps:

 

1. Every student should check ENS 491 project descriptions at https://www.sabanciuniv.edu/mdbf/fensware/ens4912/ under semester Sep 2013 - Jun 2014 (check right hand corner on the web page). If there are several co-supervisors of the project, the first one (should be a faculty member) is designated as the primary supervisor.

 

2. Talk with the supervisors of the project and choose a project. Ask the project supervisor to add their names on https://www.sabanciuniv.edu/mdbf/fensware/ens4912/ which will be used for report collection and grading.

 

3. Ask the primary supervisor to grant them SPECIAL APPROVAL to register for his/her ENS 491 section. For more information about course registration overrides please refer to: http://mysu.sabanciuniv.edu/ok/islemler/eng/?ders_kayitlari/kayit_izinleri/kayit_izinleri.html

 

4. During the week of Oct. 9-11, register for the correct ENS 491 section according to the primary supervisor's CRN code on Student Information System (http://bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu/). Unless you complete Steps 2 and 4, you WILL NOT be registered for ENS 491 for the FALL term.
