PROJ 102 POSTER SUNUMLARI
2009-2010 FALL
Proj 102 POSTER SESSION will be held on Thursday January 7th
between 9:40-16:40. During this 7-hour period all the posters will be exhibited
on the boards to be placed at the University Center SU Club Hall. Each
group will be given a ½ board of presentation area (60 cm width x 160 cm
height, maximum). Groups can only use the board area where their group
number is attached. No specific poster format is prescribed (paper size,
font, color, style etc.) provided that all the documents remain within the
given area. Groups should consult their supervisors for an effective
poster presentation. Groups are expected to put up their posters one day before
the poster day, that is on Wednesday January 6th 2010, between 15:00-24:00.
POSTER SEEING PERIOD is between 12:30 and 14:30 on Thursday
January 7th, during which at least one of the group members must be
present by their posters to answer the questions. Presence of the posters
on the boards during the 7 hour poster session and attendance of at least one
group member to the 2 hour poster seeing period will be checked. 1LGD
policy applies in case of absence or delays.
