IE401 (Taner Tunc) - ADD/DROP Period

Dear Students,

During the add-drop period, registration to IE401 Course and the Recitation Sections will be available only by "Special Approval" of the Instructor. Thus, please pay attention to the below points;

- Unless you aim dropping the course, please do not drop the course and recitation sections for any reason (during the add-drop period).
- Be aware that you are required to attend the Recitation sections which you are registered, throughout the semester.
- If you couldn't register IE401 due to restrictions and if you still want to be registered to the course, please fill in below form by 4th October 2023 - 23:00, in order to justify your case. The form will be closed on this date. Late requests, email communications or whatsoever will NOT be considered. Being on time is the responsibility of yours.
- Your academic standing will be evaluated (based on Credits, CGPA and grades in pre-req courses) and you will be notified whether you can get 'special approval' to register the course by October 7, 2023.

Degerli Ogrenciler,

Ders ekleme birakma doneminde, IE401 dersine ve ilgili Recitation siniflarina kayit, ilgili ogretim uyesinin "Special Approval" vermesi ile mumkun olacaktir. Bu sebeple, dersi birakmak istemiyorsaniz, dersi ya da kayitli oldugunuz lab sinifini kayit listenizden silmeyin (düşürmeyin). Ayrica, donem boyunca, kayitli oldugunuz lab sinifini takip etmek zorunda oldugunuzu da gozden kacirmayin.

IE401'e çeşitli kısıtlardan ötürü kayıt olamadıysanız ve hala kayıt olmak istiyorsanız aşağıda linkte verilen formu 4 Ekim 2023 - saat 23:00'a kadar doldurmanız gerekmektedir. Form, bu tarihten sonra kapatılacaktır. Geç, email ya da benzeri şekilde yapılan başvurular dikkate alınmayacaktır. Formu zamanında doldurma sorumluluğu sizlere aittir. Girdiğiniz bilgilere göre akademik durumunuz (Toplam Kredi, Genel Ortalama, IE401'ye önkoşul derslerindeki başarınız) değerlendirilerek ders kapasitesi dahilinde 'special approval' alıp alamayacağınız konusunda 7 Ekim 2023 tarihinde bilgilendirileceksiniz.
