Y.Menceloğlu, M. Gülgün, M. Demir won special award of the Turkish Patent Office

Yusuf Menceloğlu, Mehmet Ali Gülgün ve  Mustafa Muammer Demir won he special award of the Turkish Patent Office

A turkish patent (TR 200907107) co-owned by the inventors Profs Demir, Gulgun and Menceloglu and the Sabanci University has been chosen for the special award of the Turkish patent Office for the 2009.  The study that led to the patent originated from Prof. Demir's PhD dissertation study that was conducted at the Sabanci University between 2001 and 2003.  The same study was the cover of the March 2008 (5) issue of the Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics. The invention also has a world patent with the number WO 2005/021845 A1
