There will be NO capacity increase for NS 209!

I am receiving tens of e-mails regarding capacity increase and special 

approval for NS 209, Beyond the Milky Way class. I am sorry, but it is 

impossible for me to reply all e-mails individually. Due to the structure of 

the class and the exams, there will be no increase in capacity, and there will 

be no special approval. I ask you not to send more e-mails regarding this matter,
