Müjdat Çetin has been elected to the IEEE Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing Technical Committee

Müjdat Çetin has been elected to the IEEE Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing Technical Committee. The purpose of the Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing Technical Committee (IVMSP TC) is to promote and guide the advancement of the field of image, video, and multidimensional signal processing.

The IVMSP TC provides leadership for the organization and the technical programs of major IEEE conferences in these areas. It also solicits, evaluates, and endorses nominations for awards in these research domains. The committee contributes to the processes of constructing and updating the editorial boards of IEEE journals related to image, video, and multidimensional signal processing as well. Members of this committee serve for three years.
