EE program faculty member Ilker Hamzaoglu gave one of the three invited keynote speeches at the IEEE 11th International Conference on Design & Technology of Integrated Systems on April 2016 in Istanbul (http://www.dtis2016.teiath.gr). His keynote speech was about Low Power Digital Video Compression Hardware Design.
