The paper "A Reconfigurable Hardware for One Bit Transform based Multiple
Reference Frame Motion Estimation" written based on the research done
by FENS undergraduate student Gokhan Sayılar and Master student Abdulkadir
Akın in Summer 2009 under the supervision of FENS Faculty Member Ilker
Hamzaoglu is accepted as oral presentation in "Design, Automation and Test
in Europe (DATE)" conference ( http://www.date-conference.com ) that will
take place in Dresden, Germany in March 2010. DATE is one of the most
important Digital Harware Design conferences in the world (last year its
acceptance rate was %25, this year its acceptance rate is %30).
