Fully Funded PhD Positions at Sabancı University | SurPhase MSCA Doctoral Network

We are pleased to announce three fully funded PhD positions at Sabancı University within the SurPhase Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network, a Horizon Europe programme bringing together academic and industrial partners to advance surface engineering and phase-change heat transfer technologies for low-GWP refrigerants. 

The positions are:
DC1 – Multiscale mixed-wettability surfaces for enhanced flow boiling of low-GWP refrigerants
DC4 – Mixed-wettability textures for dropwise flow condensation
DC12 – Predictive maintenance and remaining-useful-life modelling for engineered surfaces

Each position is 36 months, full-time, with an expected start in August–September 2027, and includes international research training and secondments within the SurPhase network.
