Özgür Erçetin received his BS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 1995, and his MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park in 1998 and 2002, respectively.
